[31 A.D.2d 822 Page 822] In our opinion, there were no issues of fact requiring a trial with respect to the first cause of action, which sought a
judgment declaring the Town of Ramapo Comprehensive Building Zone Ordinance of 1966 void. Defendants-appellants concede that,
although the amended zoning ordinance was referred to in the minutes of the appellant Town Board and a copy kept in a separate
folder in the Town Clerk's office, it was not spread at length in the same minutes and a copy was not attached to the minute
book, until some 10 1/2 months after its adoption, publication and posting. In our view the amended ordinance, not entered
immediately after it was adopted or within a reasonable time thereafter, must be declared void as being invalidity enacted
